Refund Policy
We have designed a reasonable cancellation and refund policy in order to give our clients the highest quality and customer service.
We break down the labour into milestones while planning each project.
Every project starts with a thorough investigation, analysis, and the production of a scope of work document. This is done to ensure that everyone is fully aware of the work that has to be done and to reduce the chance of project cancellations, reversals, or conflicts.
It takes time to finish each milestone and each module, thus work that has already been done cannot be refunded.
The customer retains ownership of all finished work in the event that a project is cancelled amicably, and any payments made for additional work become invalid. There would be no reimbursement for any prior payments or deposits.
Once the client approves the mock-up drawings and the project enters the development phase, no cash will be reimbursed.
In the middle of a milestone phase, projects are not eligible for partial refunds.
For services that our marketing team has provided on special occasions, cancellations are not accepted. These deals have a time limit and can't be cancelled.
The terms and conditions of the client's contract with Marcadors Marketing Private Limited state that cancellations of digital marketing packages must be made in writing and cannot be refunded.
